About the Chef

My name is Stephen Martin.  I am married to gym member, Stephanie, and father of Owen, Ben, and Jon.  I have always had a lifelong passion for cooking and started cooking in a restaurant in college where I met Stephanie.  My cuisine is influenced by Cajun, Latin, Asian, and Mediterranean flavors, basically the full gamut!  As the name implies, I do not have set recipes or menus.  I base my cooking on what is freshest at the market any given day.  Most times a single ingredient like fresh cilantro or perfect-looking fish will be the inspiration for my dish.  It keeps things interesting and unique!  Thank you for the opportunity to serve you and feel free to contact me any time with questions or concerns.  I can be reached at 251-214-8672 or scmartin741982@gmail.com.
