One-on-One Training - $50 per hour

What you can expect: A one-on-one, training session where we will address your

personal goals, whether it be weight loss, weight gain, increase muscle mass,

sport’s performance, maintain weight, improve health, etc., and how you can

best meet these goals!

Group/Team Training

Please contact us for pricing on team/group training. We do our best to

accommodate any needs you may have!
